Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across various market segments, including corporate, government, and MICE.
- Manage key accounts and build strong, long lasting relationships with clients.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing significant business deals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven background in hospitality sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Creative, innovative, and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
