Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Sales in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies across various market segments, including corporate, government, and MICE.
• Manage key accounts and build strong, long lasting relationships with clients.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing significant business deals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven background in hospitality sales
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Creative, innovative, and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
