Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales and marketing team.
• Oversee all segments including corporate, MICE, leisure, and digital marketing.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a 5 star luxury hotel.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta luxury and corporate market.
• Expertise in digital marketing, public relations, and revenue management.
• Strong network of contacts in the industry.
