Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Sales and the entire Sales team.
- Process client contracts, proposals, and communication accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Sales office and client filing systems.
- Manage all sales-related correspondences, phone calls, and appointments.
- Assist in organizing client events, site inspections, and sales trips.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator or Executive Assistant, preferably in a hotel.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external client interactions.
- Willingness to support the commercial success of the Anyer resort.
