Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Extensive network of corporate, government, and MICE contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
