Position: Chief Concierge

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good knowledge of Front Office operation.
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services to provide expert recommendations to guests.
