Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling VIP guests.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to build positive relationships and thrive in social interactions.
• Proficiency in English (additional international languages will be an advantage).
