Position: Executive Chef (Italian Cuisine Expert)

Qualifications:

• Professional background as an Executive Chef in a 4-star hotel or international restaurant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in an international hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Expertise in Italian cuisine with the ability to design authentic and innovative menus.
• Strong knowledge of Western and Mediterranean culinary techniques.
• Proven skills in menu engineering, cost control, and food presentation aligned with hotel standards.
• Creative in developing monthly promotions, signature dishes, and special event menus.
• Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
