Qualifications:

• Have a minimum 2 years of work experience in the same position.
• Strong leadership skill and good communication skill.
• Responsibility for maintaining the building, security and asset protection.
• Knowledge to evaluate, control energy usage, creative and innovative.
• Able to work under pressure and as a team player.
