Position: Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Experience in engineering roles within the hotel industry, specifically in hotel maintenance and engineering operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Available to join immediately is preferred.
