Qualifications:

• Technical certification or vocational school graduate.
• Proven experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for a variety of appliances.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to gas, steam, and electrical equipment.
• Possesses team spirit and is service-minded.
