Position: DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE & CULTURE

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience at the same position in 5 stars international Hotel chain.
• Very strong leadership, humble, good listener, and very good decision maker.
• Understanding Indonesian Labor Law and all legal aspects related to hotel operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
