Position: Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
