Position: HC Officer
Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Assist in payroll preparation and data verification
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR inquiries
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS system
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Payroll Processes
  • Proficient in Sunfish HR System
  • Proficient in GreatDay HR
  • Solid knowledge of Tax (PPh 21)
  • Experience in HR administration and employee relations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail
