Position: HC Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Assist in payroll preparation and data verification
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR inquiries
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS system
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Payroll Processes
- Proficient in Sunfish HR System
- Proficient in GreatDay HR
- Solid knowledge of Tax (PPh 21)
- Experience in HR administration and employee relations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
