Position: HR Officer
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new staff.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations and address grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
