Position: Food & Beverage Divisional Trainer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or training capacity.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards, operations, and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
