Position: Director of Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Finance in a luxury hotel; pre-opening experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
