Position: Senior Procurement Manager

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and market trends.
• Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Agile, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to mentor and guide the procurement team to foster capability and performance.
