Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in a Property Management System (PMS), such as Opera, is highly desirable.
- A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong passion for guest service.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, manage check-in/check-out processes, and resolve issues effectively.
