Position: Head Chef

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, skilled in managing a compact and efficient kitchen.
• Creative and practical in developing menus for an all-day dining concept that are both high-quality and cost-effective.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a small kitchen team.
• Excellent knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen hygiene (HACCP) standards.
• A hands-on leader with a passion for delivering consistent and delicious food.
