Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle guest inquiries effectively.
