Position: Pastry Chef

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role (preferably in a 5-star hotel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability in menu development and innovation according to culinary trends.
• Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery technique, including breads, cakes, tarts, desserts, chocolate, sugar art, and cake decoration.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); other languages are an advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Office, hotel systems).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
