Position: Chef de Partie – Chinese Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with a specialization in Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in various Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., wok, dim sum, roasting).
- Ability to manage a kitchen section and supervise junior staff.
- Strong understanding of ingredient sourcing and quality control for Chinese dishes.
- A creative approach to menu items while maintaining authenticity.
