Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu planning
- Leadership abilities to manage kitchen staff and operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control
- Passion for culinary excellence and presentation
- Ability to train and mentor the culinary team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
