Qualifications:
- Experience as Chief Steward in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and chemical safety
- Ability to manage stewarding team and kitchen equipment
- Organizational skills for inventory and logistics
- Adaptability to remote location challenges
- Leadership capabilities to support kitchen operations
- Proactive and hardworking attitude
