Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Having experience in the same field.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks across kitchen sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.).
• Skilled in recipe development and food costing.
• Good managerial and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, creative, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to join immediately.
