Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Having experience in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
- Ability to manage and delegate tasks across kitchen sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.).
- Skilled in recipe development and food costing.
- Good managerial and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, creative, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to join immediately.
