Position: Learning Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the 5 stars/luxury hotels and resort.
• Accustomed to conducting audits and quality assurance.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to design training content and use e-learning platforms/tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
