Qualifications:

• Experience in meat fabrication and portion control is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat, poultry, and fish.
• Ability to operate and maintain butchery equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience.
