Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Director of Sales in a 5-star resort.
• Pre-opening experience with a focus on establishing a strong market presence is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury leisure, MICE, and corporate segments.
• Excellent strategic planning and relationship management skills.
