Position: Concierge (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, personal greeting.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and valet services.
• Provide insightful information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, including restaurant reservations and tour bookings.
• Maintain a pristine and organized lobby and concierge desk area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a Front Office role.
• Able to drive and in possession of a valid driving license (SIM A).
• A strong passion for delivering an excellent guest experience.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Jakarta, including attractions, dining, and navigation.
