Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor upon their arrival.
  • Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional attire at all times.
  • Handle reservations, correspondence, and ensure guest information is accurately recorded.

Qualifications:

  • Having a minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and approachable personality.
  • Good at personal grooming and professional attire.
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
