Position: Assistant Manager – Front Office (Duty Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Manager on Duty for the resort, overseeing all hotel operations during a shift.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any significant guest issues or emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety, security, and the highest standards of presentation.
  • Coordinate between all departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and support to all operational teams during the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a senior Front Office supervisory role in a 5-star resort.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations, not just the Front Office.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong communication and guest-facing skills.
  • Authoritative and able to make decisions on behalf of hotel management.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
