Position: Front Office Host

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, personalized, and seamless check-in and check-out experience for every guest.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, handling all inquiries and requests with grace and efficiency.
• Share in-depth knowledge of the resort’s facilities and local Uluwatu attractions.
• Manage guest profiles and preferences to ensure a customized and memorable stay.
• Uphold the serene and sophisticated service standards of the Alila brand.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role in a 5-star luxury resort.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating unique guest experiences.
• A polished professional appearance and a calm, composed demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
