Position: F&B Divisional Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for all colleagues within the Food & Beverage division.
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis and consultation with managers.
- Conduct onboarding, service standards, upselling, and product knowledge training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and service excellence within the division.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of F&B operational experience in a luxury hotel, with 2 years in a training or supervisory role.
- Certified trainer or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- A passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others.
- Creative, energetic, and highly organized.
- Fluent in English.
