Position: F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B service team in the restaurant or banquet.
• Ensure that service standards are consistently met and guest expectations are exceeded.
• Train and mentor service staff on menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and service etiquette.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory position in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
• Result and service-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
