Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of the Li Lian specialty restaurant.
• Ensure the service team delivers an authentic and high-end dining experience consistent with the restaurant’s concept.
• Train staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and cultural nuances of the cuisine.
• Oversee daily service, manage reservations, and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to promotional activities and help manage the outlet’s financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within a specialty or fine dining restaurant, preferably Chinese cuisine.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Deep knowledge and appreciation for Chinese cuisine and service traditions.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive team performance and maintain impeccable service standards.
• Financial acumen in managing costs and driving revenue.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
