Position: DW FB Admin

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department.
• Assist in managing F&B inventories, ordering supplies, and processing invoices.
• Help coordinate restaurant reservations and event bookings.
• Handle basic reporting and data entry for the F&B team.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or F&B background.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork.
• Positive attitude and manner.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
