Position: F&B Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by being attentive and responsive.
- Handle billing and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
