Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Oversee the hotel’s marketing campaigns, online presence, and public relations efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hotel industry.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
• Result and service-oriented with proven leadership experience.
• Familiar with the Jakarta Area market and corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Experienced in managing a team to achieve sales goals.
