Position: Cook (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Assist senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times.
• Ensure all food is stored and handled properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a hotel kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Result and service-oriented.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene.
• Willing to work flexible hours as a Daily Worker.
