Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or senior chef in a reputable Chinese restaurant or luxury hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of various Chinese culinary styles and techniques.
• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
• Creative flair for menu development and presentation.
• Excellent understanding of food cost control and kitchen hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is highly regarded.
