Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate, government, and travel agency accounts.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hotel sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
