Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and manage a portfolio of corporate and government accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the hotel’s facilities and services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as the same role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience in Government & Corporate segmentations.
• Highly motivated, a great team player, with an outgoing personality and result-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network within the corporate and government sectors in Jakarta.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
