Sales Manager – JSO

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts based in the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) to drive business to the hotel.
• Proactively identify and secure new business from the corporate, government, and MICE segments in Jakarta.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and networking to promote the hotel’s facilities and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s on-property sales team to ensure seamless client servicing.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the same position will be an advantage.
• A well-organized and initiative person.
• Team work and leadership skills.
• Positive spirit of conquest attitude.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically handling the Jakarta market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network of clients in Jakarta is highly preferred.
