Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts based in the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) to drive business to the hotel.
- Proactively identify and secure new business from the corporate, government, and MICE segments in Jakarta.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and networking to promote the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s on-property sales team to ensure seamless client servicing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position will be an advantage.
- A well-organized and initiative person.
- Team work and leadership skills.
- Positive spirit of conquest attitude.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically handling the Jakarta market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of clients in Jakarta is highly preferred.
