Position: Sales Manager Wedding
Responsibilities:
- Proactively target and secure wedding business to meet revenue goals
- Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to contract finalization
- Build relationships with wedding planners and organizers
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure wedding details are communicated accurately
- Participate in wedding fairs and promotional events
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong English communication skills and sales acumen
- Proficient in related systems and technology
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance
- Fast learner and proactive team player
- Able to join immediately
