Position: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of clients and process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies.
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded, posted, and attached with relevant documents (e.g., Purchase Orders, Banquet Event Orders).
• Verify that all payment requisitions are approved by the correct Department Heads.
• Ensure journal entries from Cost Control and the Receiving Office are interfaced correctly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting / Finance field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity with a proven track record in 4-star hotel chains in Indonesia.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Proficient in Hotel accounting systems, MS Excel, and Word.
• Attention to detail, guest-oriented, flexible, and open-minded to embrace and respond to change effectively.
