Position: Income Auditor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily audits of all hotel revenue-generating departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to hotel management.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions, cash deposits, and accounts receivable.
  • Verify that all revenues are recorded and reported in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during the audit process.
  • Assist the finance department with month-end closing and other accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar hotel accounting position.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of hotel financial operations and internal controls.
  • A proactive and professional attitude.
