Position: Income Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily audits of all hotel revenue-generating departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to hotel management.
- Reconcile credit card transactions, cash deposits, and accounts receivable.
- Verify that all revenues are recorded and reported in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during the audit process.
- Assist the finance department with month-end closing and other accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar hotel accounting position.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of hotel financial operations and internal controls.
- A proactive and professional attitude.
