Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, including guest check-in/out, concierge, and bell services.
• Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints, inquiries, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure all front-of-house areas are well-maintained and presented according to brand standards.
• Train, supervise, and support front office staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and F&B, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar leadership role within a hotel.
• Possesses a good attitude, is detail-oriented, and has excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
• Able to join immediately is highly advantageous.
