Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage reservations and answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Address guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education background (diploma or degree).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication in both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, guest-oriented demeanor.
• Experience with a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
