Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants to meet hotel standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.
• Manage the distribution of assignments and workloads for the housekeeping team.
• Handle inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure they are resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education background (diploma or degree).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication in both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
